Providing direct support to the Principal Consultants and VPs, a Senior Consultant at Symmetrics Group plays an important role in client engagements as a subject matter expert across all of our key service areas: Sales Strategy, Sales & Marketing Integration, Sales Leadership, and Sales Force Capability. Those in the Senior Consultant position must be able to conduct effective discovery, formulate realistic, client-specific business recommendations, and provide support during the implementation of these recommendations. Travel is required approximately 50% of the time for typical engagements (up to 75% at peak times). Compensation will be a combination of base salary and a variable bonus based on the margin realized through clients sold and managed.
