Warren has led multiple sales transformations, most recently for a $2B CPG firm focused on transitioning the marketing and sales teams from a product focus to a solution selling focus, and highlighted in 7 Steps to Sales Force Transformation. Warren also has helped a high technology client overcome commoditization and competitive pressures that had resulted in five years of flat revenues through a sales transformation which led to a 21% revenue increase.
