Per is a Senior Consultant at Symmetrics Group. His passion is helping companies and individuals improve their sales performance and organizational effectiveness. Amongst Per’s clients are Tufts Healthcare, Sotheby’s, Extended Stay, Jarden Consumer Solutions, Intercontinental Hotels, Central Garden and Pet, and many others.
Having managed multiple sales effectiveness engagements, Per’s focus is on how well vision and strategy are articulated and align with the more practical elements of sales effectiveness, including size, structure, roles, territories, processes, compensation, quotas, tools, and talent optimization and development. He creates practical, actionable recommendations that allow the sales force and supporting functions to maximize productivity. Recently, Per led an effort to optimize revenue generation through tactics to reduce turnover, clarify sales roles and rules of engagement, simplify the sales process, improve the quota setting process, and create an environment more attractive to Millennials who made up the bulk of the client’s sales employees.
