Kelsey specializes in instructional design and content development targeting Sales Management and Front-line Sellers. Through engaging, interactive, and beautifully designed materials, her work reinforces critical competencies that directly impact seller effectiveness in the field.

Kelsey spent the first 10 years of her career in commodity-based industries, ranging from financial institutions to retail energy markets. Her ability to understand complex market structures allows her to onboard quickly and begin asserting situational fluency almost immediately. Having the unique opportunity to work within Marketing, Sales Effectiveness, and Corporate Strategy, Kelsey has developed a respected ability to assess current challenges and provide realistic solutions to meet short and long term strategic objectives.

This experience enables her to synthesize content quickly and create material utilized within a wide range of forms and formats, such as: training and supporting learning manuals, internal communications related to stakeholder change, comprehensive value propositions, and marketing materials.
