Hope specializes in helping sales organizations transform themselves into more effective competitors. She has led multiple projects to design and implement new sales processes, go-to-market approaches, and sales/marketing integration efforts. Hope also works extensively with individuals and teams on improving their selling and leadership capabilities.

Hope has redesigned sales processes for sales organizations at Cox Automotive, Jarden Consumer Solutions, Sotheby’s, and Central Garden & Pet. She’s conducted 100+ account planning sessions to help our clients more successfully target sales efforts to improve win rates. She currently manages a 9-month leadership training program now in it’s 3rd year at a $1.8B consumer products company.

Hope brings her extensive prior experience selling at high-tech and technology services companies to her consulting engagements, ensuring that Symmetrics Group solutions are pragmatic, grounded in the real world and always fit our clients’ capabilities, culture, and capacity to absorb change.
