Richard Napier

Richard Napier is a master facilitator with more than 25 years of experience working for clients in the Financial Services sector. His background includes a successful sales and sales leadership career in the computer sector with IBM and NCR, and years of sales consulting to many of the world’s leading financial institutions, including Investment and Corporate banks and Asset Managers.

One key assignment involved Richard leading a team of 12 consultants who worked with a leading Investment Bank to roll out a sales transformation initiative involving over 800 staff across 4 international centers – London, Frankfurt, New York and Hong Kong over a two-year period. This led to a more focused and effective approach to building new business sales for the bank. He also worked with an International Asset Manager equipping all their front-line sales staff (200+) with skills to both increase business with existing clients and identify and develop new prospects. Both projects included providing managers with the appropriate Coaching skills to support the initiatives.

Richard offers a pragmatic approach to facilitation, utilizing his experience and expertise to develop the Sales skills of participants of all levels. He has provided training at both a Graduate and Senior Executive level and is extremely comfortable working in different international environments.
