Rowe Price, Schroders, Avon, and CompuCom, Laura supports clients in solving strategic sales challenges to drive results.

Laura has recently been assisting two global asset managers transform their selling processes and methodologies across distribution channels, in support of broad sales transformation efforts, including global CRM deployments. These organizations are becoming better prepared to focus on the right opportunities and win more in a highly competitive market space.

Having “carried a bag” for many years, Laura has a strong understanding of sales rep motivators, as well as effective tools and techniques sales leaders can use to drive successful change in a sales organization.
