As an individual contributor, Erica served and renewed contracts with CHROs at midsized companies and consistently delivered 110%+ of her $1.7m annual revenue goals. She sold additional products and services to her customers during this time, increasing wallet share by 10%+ each year.
Erica’s consulting experience spans a variety of focus areas, including go-to-market strategy, client retention practices, and CRM business process design. Most recently, Erica managed the deployment of a global sales training program to over 500 sales professionals in over 20 countries, focused on strategic Business and Account planning skills.
