Warren Shiver

Warren is Managing Partner and founder of Symmetrics Group. His passion is helping companies and individuals improve their sales performance and sales capabilities including: Savvis, JDSU, Jarden Consumer Solutions, Intercontinental Hotels, Central Garden and Pet, Thomson Reuters, Choice Hotels, Precision Aviation Group, and many others.

Warren has led multiple sales transformations, most recently for a $1.5B CPG firm focused on transitioning the marketing and sales teams from a product focus to a solution selling focus. Warren also has helped a high technology client overcome commoditization and competitive pressures that had resulted in 5 years of flat revenues through a sales transformation which led to a 21% revenue increase.

Warren brings a balance of strategic sales strategy experience along with tactical implementation to help our team develop and implement new sales strategies for our clients.
