Doug Ferreira brings over 20 years of experience in sales, sales leadership and sales effectiveness to his role as a coach, consultant and facilitator.  He started his career as a quota-bearing sales professional, has led teams of sales professionals selling in to the Fortune 500, education and government sectors, has been a leader in successful sales force transformations…

Doug has a wealth of experience in technology, services and hospitality, working for organizations of all sizes.  Because he “carried a bag” as well as served in executive leadership roles, he has a well-rounded perspective on the subject of sales effectiveness.  Doug has designed and implemented numerous Sales Training & Enablement programs, was selected as a finalist for the 2010 Stevie Award for National Sales Training Manager of the Year, and has spoken at industry conferences hosted by ASTD, The Conference Board, and Miller Heiman, and his work has been featured in seminars by Corporate Executive Board.
